We Are Committed
To Making A Difference

Here at Bluebella we are working hard to achieve a more ethical and sustainable way of doing business.

From our factories to our packaging, design concept to delivery, we are committed to scrutinising every aspect of our work, finding ways to develop and implement new sustainability initiatives. Not because it’s cool, but because it is crucial.

There’s still a long way to go, but with every step headed in the right direction, we are determined to make a difference.

Picking up the tab on carbon costs

- Our new initiative with EcoCart means that the carbon cost of shipping every order is now calculated at checkout.

- EcoCart lets us know the carbon impact of shipping each order, and how much it would cost to offset.

- We then donate that amount to carbon offsetting initiatives that are planting trees all around the world.

- The best part? There’s no extra cost to you, the customer.

- So, you shop, we offset, more trees are planted and the world benefits.

We work with suppliers who share our values

All our factories adhere to the Modern Slavery Act. We say no to slavery, trafficking, and exploitation of workers.

Our annual third party audits and code of conduct ensure that all our workers are paid a fair living wage.

Each factory contractually signs up to the Bluebella Ethical Trading Policy, outlining the standards we expect from our manufacturing partners.

We take care of the details

Bluebella is a member of SEDEX, empowering responsible supply chains.

Our production works vertically, meaning product is sourced and produced in one country. This reduces the need for transport, lowering carbon emissions.

Look out for our eco friendly collections, made from sustainable fabrics. We are continuing to add more of these ranges every season.

We reduce wastage by limiting our sampling requirements, and all end of season samples are donated to charities.

Our garment care labels are made from recycled fabric.

We only source fabric from externally audited suppliers, and all our cotton is now organically produced.

95% of our packaging is recyclable.

We are working towards making 100% of our packaging recyclable by 2022.
