Injury Analysis: RB Darrel Williams was a full participant on Wednesday but was downgraded to limited on Thursday and Friday. He was unable to play against the Bills in the Divisional Round. He has a good shot at being active for the Conference Championship Game but with others playing well in front of him I do not believe it matters.
S Tyrann Mathieu is likely to play on Sunday against the Bengals. He logged two full practices in a row meaning he is only awaiting the last step, which is getting cleared by an independent neurologist.

Injury Analysis: T Trent Williams Jr. suffered what I believe was a high-ankle sprain during the Divisional Round against the Packers. He was able to fight through the injury and finish the game, which was impressive. He has been a DNP all week but has been adamant that he is playing Sunday. Because this is the biggest game in Trent's life I do believe he gives it a go. The injury will hinder his ability when being out in space, for example pulling.
RB Jeff Wilson Jr. suffered a low-ankle sprain on the opening kick-off of the 49er's game against the Packers. He was a DNP Wednesday and Thursday but was able to get a limited session in on Friday. He is trending up but will be a game-time decision.
