Our team and business has significantly grown over the past several years and we are forecasting continued growth as we build our brand internationally. Social media continues to be our vital ‘shop window’. This is an important role within our business, working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and grow our social media platforms.

Skills & Experience:
  • A strong understanding (including personal use) of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • A passion for all things digital
  • A keen understanding of the Bluebella brand and ability to curate brand appropriate content
  • A creative mindset – able to create ideas for exciting content for social
  • Up to date with social media trends
  • A high level of motivation and initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent at relationship building with influencers and brand partners
  • Experience working with a fashion/beauty/lingerie brand
  • Content creation skills are an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curation of the social media calendar – including Instagram, facebook, tik tok & Pinterest
  • Developing social media strategies alongside our Head of Brand Marketing, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Creating captivating content for our social media sites, which will include capturing content at company photoshoots and events
  • Scheduling and proof-reading all social media posts
  • Identifying key and emerging talent who align with the brand
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new & existing influencers, and agents
  • Managing the influencer gifting and influencer database
  • Reporting on social media activity (weekly and post-campaign)
  • Working closely with our PR agency to manage press/celebrity gifting
  • Engaging with our social media community, including moderation, monitoring and responding to community feedback
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Helping to develop and oversee competitions and brand collaboration campaigns to draw attention to a brand

The Role:
This role will support our customer base through our stylish online store. As well as providing an excellent customer service experience, you will also provide general office support across an interesting and varied range of tasks.

Reporting to the CTO you will:
  • Provide the highest standard in Customer Service
  • Develop an excellent knowledge of the administration and order management of the Bluebella Shopify e-commerce site and connecting systems
  • Manage and prioritise personal workloads effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of Bluebella products to be able to advise on style, size and fabrics
  • Be proactive in ensuring that the Customer Care team delivers a high quality customer experience
  • Continuously seek to improve the customer experience
  • Work with CS Team Leader and Web Manager to help improve the user experience on the site in line with customers feedback
  • Update the Design and Development team on customer feedback to constantly improve the product lines, manage Facebook Messenger, TrustPilot, Hot Jar feedback
  • Positively support all changes and innovation that improves the customer experience
  • Be adaptable and flexible to ensure that customer expectations are always maintained
  • Support with the daily running of our London office with administration tasks as required

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
